The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting products or services that address those needs. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Requirements: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels, such as cold-calling, networking, referrals, and online research. 2. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. 3. Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients. This includes showcasing how the product or service can address the client's specific needs and provide value. 4. Market Research: Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay informed about changes that could impact sales strategies. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. 6. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies. 7. Travel: Depending on the company's industry and client base, sales executives might need to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, or conduct presentations. 8. Communication: Effectively communicating with internal teams and management to provide insights, share feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategies. 9. Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and help refine products, services, or sales approaches.
1. To Provide Support and Training to internal users / members for software, hardware and other related works. 2. To attend various queries of users and provide the solutions. 3. To perform system studies and analyze customer's needs, conduct workshops training and participate in the design and architecture of software solutions. 4. Support team member in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing applications to support changes in customer business environments. 5. Product tutorial using video/document if required. 6. Adapt to the implementation SOP set by the management team. Job Requirement 1. Degree in Hospitality Management or minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management 2. Excellent in Time Management & Monitoring multiple project implementations. 3. Good Communication Skill, Self-Driven, Committed, Result Orientated, Friendly and Outspoken. 4. Willing to travel, possess own transport and implementation at customer office. 5. Able to converse fluently in English and Malay. 6. Experienced in implementing others Software Solutions (HR, Accounting or ERP Solutions) will be advantaged. 7. Able to converse in Mandarin will be advantaged
1. To provide 1st level and 2nd level system software support to customers.
2. Follow up on progress of the case until closure within resolution time frame.
3. Escalate the unresolved case(s) to respective unit if required.
4. Respond to a large volume of interactions efficiently while also providing high degree of customer satisfaction.
5. Record and classify all incoming queries from customers.
6. Liaise with headquarter, stakeholders, vendors and any associate parties for customer cases.
Job Requirement:
1. Diploma / Degree in IT or Computer Science
2. Experienced in PC hardware, data analysis and networking will be advantageous.
3. Good verbal and written communication in English, Malay and Mandarin
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills

* Design social media creatives, ad visuals, event collaterals, and presentations.
* Manage social media accounts: posting, monitoring, and engagement.
* Optimize content for SEO and support digital campaigns.
* Collaborate with event coordinator to develop promotional materials.
* Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Job Requirement:
* Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
* At least 2 years of experience in content writing and design.
* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
* Excellent command of English (bonus: Mandarin/Malay for local campaigns).
* Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Plan and coordinate company events: webinars, workshop, partner meetups, summit etc. * Handle event logistics including venue, vendors, materials, and budgets. * Work with internal teams and partners for event execution. * Manage event marketing campaigns (pre-event invites, post-event follow-ups). * Track event ROI, lead generation, and attendee feedback. * Support overall marketing campaigns and ensure deadlines are met. Job Requirements: * Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or campaign management. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
🔹1. Request Intake & Ticket Ownership • Be the first point of contact for incoming customer requests via chat, email, and phone. • Perform initial triage to understand the issue and categorize it correctly. • Acknowledge and respond to all incoming queries within SLA. 🔹2. Basic Setup & Configuration Tasks • Add/edit users, assign privileges, reset passwords. • Perform initial account configuration: property info, taxes, rates, rooms, etc. • Assist with OTA mapping and room rate syncing (non-integrated issue). • Guide clients on system navigation and feature use. 🔹 3. Basic Troubleshooting • Clear cache, correct printing/browser issues, resolve login problems. • Re-push allotment or booking to OTA if mapping is already correct. • Check for user errors before escalating to the technical team. 🔹 4. Communication & Documentation • Record all customer interactions and solutions in the system. • Apply proper internal notes and tag issues according to category. • Use approved scripts/templates where relevant. 🔹 5. Escalation Management • Identify issues beyond L1 scope and escalate with full context and notes. • Ensure all basic troubleshooting steps are completed before escalation. • Tag ticket status and communicate expectations to clients while waiting for L2. Job Requirement -Minimum SPM -Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) -Basic understanding of customer service practices and tools -Tech-savvy with the ability to learn software systems quickly -Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -Able to work in shift
