- Reporting and documentation: keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaboration: working closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies.
- Travel: depending on the industry and client base, travelling to meet with clients, attend industry events, or conduct presentations.
- Communication: effectively communicating with internal teams and management to provide insights, share feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
- Customer feedback: gathering feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and help refine products, services, or sales approaches.
