How to stop-sell (close out) a room type across your channels

Close a room type on every OTA at once from the channel manager, so you never oversell a sold-out or blocked category.

   Open the channel manager calendar

   Go to the inventory or rate calendar in the eZee Channel Manager.

   Select the room type and dates

   Choose the room type you want to close and the date range it applies to.

   Set a stop-sell

   Set the availability to zero or switch on the stop-sell flag for those dates.

   Save and let it sync

   Save the change. The close-out pushes automatically to Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka and your other connected channels.

   Reopen when ready

   Restore availability for the same room type and dates to put the rooms back on sale everywhere at once.
